Menudo entrenamiento de series 🏃🏻♂️ nos marcamos @miiiketellez y yo en la noche de ayer. Me dejó KO, pero podéis ver mi cara de felicidad al terminar y saber que habíamos cumplido el objetivo.

You should consider doing it on the treadmill if the weather is too cold or the roads are too slippery. Here are some tips for staying motivated when you are confined to running on treadmill for hours:
Listen to music:🎧🎧🎧 Studies have found that runners are able to perform better when listening to music.
Music has a great effect on our mental state. Not only do we feel better when listening to music as we cannot hear how hard we are breathing, or think about how bad we feel, but it also makes it a little more fun as you are able to listen to music you enjoy.
To avoid Boredom ,Cover the screen with a towel (which can double as a sweat rag!), and your run will go by much faster!
I slept in so I could get almost 11 hours of sleep and get to hang out with this guy all morning. I knew that would mean I’d have to run in some serious heat but it was worth it. Vacation running is lonely but rewarding. I’m up to 33 miles and have a long run to do tomorrow that will get me close to 50. I appreciate that my husband understands what my training entails and is willing to accommodate this madness when we’re traveling.
Smiling because this is the most consistent I’ve been with my training for a long time 🙂
Throw in a new coach (@zenithrunning), manage my time a bit better, and throw in some annual leave for good measure.

SMILES FOR MILES (5ks) - there's always plenty of smiles every Saturday morning at Parkrun - for most it's the opportunity to really challenge yourself to get a fast time (most of them are smiling on the inside). Today was a nice casual run with enough time to run back and be captured by the photographer to show off my my #revvies top - BIG shout out to the team @revviesenergy
@revviesenergy - sporting my #revvies top at parkrun this morning and on the return trip around the loop course I had another participant shout "I LOVE MY REVVIES" - so you guys are really kicking goals as it gets noticed a lot around the running circles here!

Right in the middle of 1 month of rehab. Suffered severe muscle trauma in my right leg after a downhill running session. Limping around quite badly. Can’t even walk a Parkrun. Never take being physically fit for granted. #roadtorecovery#stillsmiling

I blame the sunshine!🌞🙌 I wasn’t supposed to run for 7 days after ALQ... but when it’s 65 and sunny in February?!?!🤷♀️ Recovery is so important, especially after such a long race, but I. JUST. COULDN’T pass up this gorgeous day!!!😍 PLUS... it’s been 6 days... which is almost 7 days... right?🤔😁 Keeping my runs short for the next week or two will be key, but when it’s beautiful out?! C’é il filone di chi corre con il cronometro, solitamente quelli che vanno forte.
Poi c’è il filone di chi corre con l’orologio GPS e controlla la distanza, solitamente i neo maratoneti.
Poi c’è il team « cardio », che si allena monitorando i battiti, solitamente chi viene dalla bici o dal nuoto.
Poi ci sono i nerd, come me, che controllano tutto: distanza, velocità, battiti, potenza, calorie, carico muscolare, frequenza... Per questo ho bisogno di un orologio super mega tech (e lo metto anche quando dormo per monitorare il sonno)

🕺❤️🎉🙏🏻🎵😛 One question I’m asked often is “When will you do your first Marathon?”. The answer is easy “When I’m ready!”! After my first Half, I thought to myself “Hell NO, I’m NEVER doing a Full”.. but, the idea is (finally) creeping into my mind. TBH, I want to get a better grasp of the Half, and, I feel that I still have improvements to make with my training.
When I do enter my first Full, I want to make sure I’m mentally & physically prepared for the challenge AND, equally important, the time commitment.
On that note, in addition to the @mississaugamarathon Half, I’m excited to announce that I’ll also be racing the @chillyhalf & @ottawamarathon Half!
This is all I’ve signed up for....so far, but, that’s bound to change! 😉
