Eliminating pain does not always mean you solved the problem and shouldn't be our only measure for improvement.
Instead of constantly trying to fix issues, remove your horse's shoes and you eliminate the cause. 👣👣
This sets the horse's body free and contributes to the sustainable improvement of balance and a good health.
My horse only wore shoes for 1 week in his life, about 8 years ago (before I owned him) and he didn't like it 👌😂 Has you horses ever had shoes? And why? 😊 #barefoothorse#horsehealth#hooves

Mente blindada. 15km treino , missão dada,missão cumprida. Equipe de apoio top, marido e filho. Tempo climático em sbc é bem favorável viu, mormaço, sol,vento forte,e chuvaaaa! Até meu treinador me viu rodando(treinando) haha, eu só queria completar o treino, e quando completei dei um grito tão alto e forte na chuva. Agora eu vou vooooaaaaarrrr!!!! 15k, 15k, conseguiiiiii, sem parar. •
Eai, logo pela manhã vi um storie de um amigo que dizia, não deixe para amanhã,o que vc pode fazer hj. E eu respondi storie dele, disse cara, é isto que precisava ouvir para fazer meus 15km. Ele respondeu assim: VC É EXEMPLO... E eu pensei,caraca que responsa, muita gente deve pensar isto de mim, devo ser exemplo pra uma galera...Me animei, fui e fiz.

Holy 🥶! It took me until mile 15 to warm up 😳. The good news is that I got the time on my feet, some good slower paced miles in, 750 ft of elevation gain, wind resistance training, and my ankle held up ok! •
One thing I was thinking about as I ran today was just how in my training, there really aren’t “easy” miles. I feel like I’m either running faster paced miles that really push me OR I’m running slower miles on tired legs. I really haven’t had an easy mile in quite awhile. •
Sometimes, I think people can see others here on IG and think that they are just naturally faster and are able to run a lot of “easy” miles. They may be even playing the comparison game. I think it could feel disheartening to some people who feel that running is hard for them no matter the day if they think some of us love each and every mile and they come easy to us. Well, I’m here to tell ya that running is tough for me too! It’s rare to have a day where I feel 💯 awesome. Most days are hard for me, regardless of the pace. The difference for me is just that I try to keep my HR down and my breathing slower on my recovery days. •
All of this hard work (recovery days and WO days) come together after you taper for your goal race. You give your body a little rest and then it’s READY to go!! 🙌🏼 Trust the process (I’m telling myself this today too because this run felt harder than it should have). •
59 miles for the week (haven’t hit that since 10/6/18), only up from here though 🤪.

New Day, New London Park
Tough morning to finish 16/246 female runners.
Out early for the Hyde Park 10km today. A flat course which should have been fast, but every step felt difficult
Despite my lead legs I tried to keep calm, count down the km and enjoy my first race in Hyde Park. I really dug deep for that final km..but everyone has tough days, and this was mine
This was my second event with @runthroughuk this week. I always love the crowd that show up and the organisers are amazing. I will see you again very soon
ONE WEEK SINCE BARCA
I could really go back and do it all again. Haven’t thought about many other things since we left on Monday but this amazing weekend.

Definitely nothing I‘m proud of, but also nothing I hide. It‘s the style I run in most comfortable and I feel so good while doing it and I guess that‘s what it‘s all about
