Sometimes it’s the smallest things that can bring the most happiness. Lately for me, it’s been the ability to just get outside and run again with my baby. I may not be going super fast or very far, but even just a short run can brighten both our spirits.🏃🏼♀️It also makes me happy to be able to run safely with my @run___everyday Trekz Air bone conducting headphones while I push the stroller🎶 I can hear any on coming vehicles and requests coming from my little passenger while run dancing to all my favorite EDM jams💃🏼

Running lover ...
This was the first track workout that I’ve actually completed on a track in awhile. I forgot just how much easier the track is than running in the park, but I was bored out of my mind. This is why I loathe the track. It’s so repetitive and there isn’t much thinking involved. When I’m on the road I’m always thinking about how far I need to go, which streets to take, etc and that keeps my mind busy. That doesn’t happen on the track. But it’s done and I’m okay with how it went today. I ran a 2 mile warm up, 6 x 1 mile with a 400 recovery, and then a mile cool down.
I have been wearing Aftershokz for a couple of months now and I absolutely love them. I run by myself a lot so being able to hear what’s going on around me is so important for my safety, especially when I’m out running in the dark. I also love the fact that I don’t have to worry about them falling out of my ears, like other ear buds, when it’s hot and humid out.
I am teaming up with AfterShokz during the month of February to ! ❤️ How do you plan to deliver happiness?!

Some respite for our runners tonight with a nice recovery run along the river 😅 We’ve got plenty of fun races to train for. If you’re in Richmond and training for anything from a new Parkrun PB to a marathon, come join us on Monday and Wednesdays at 7pm
Does any one else feel me on this one? The feeling of not being able to run can leave you empty and honestly... A bit jealous. So, enjoy the pain 😅🏃 #runandsweat 🏃 .
