My first run & bike ride. I am such a newbie to this process its amusing. So like am I supposed to run or bike first? Anyways an 8km run followed by a 20km bike ride. I wasnt keeping track of how long it took but felt like forever 🙈. (Update on kidney stones so far so good. Took it easy for a few days and feeling better. We will see what the future holds for me)

I have gotten lots of questions on how I managed running in my 1st trimester. Let me say it was NOT easy for me. Most days I would run in the afternoon/evening when I finally had a bit of energy. Some days were spent in bed all day. I was very determined though to get that excerise in because it is so important for a healthy pregnancy. My 1st pregnancy I was far from healthy. (Will get into that another day) Now that I am in my second trimester the energy is there and I am starting to feel like myself again. (My running is slowing down though) For those looking to get into shape while pregnant. Take it easy. Go for a walk, speed walk or swim! Easy things to keep active! Well I did it.....2000KM!!! I was so excited, I woke up super early to get out there and finish 😌. Guess I'll just give up running now that my 2018 goal is complete 😝(kidding)
Thank you everyone for your support over these months. Social media can be so powerful especially with such an amazing support network. The messages and comments I have received over the year have played a huge impact on where I am today! 💞 .

Yesterday I reached 1800km! I can't believe I only have 200km left and I have completed my new year resolution! Curious what my 2019 resolution will hold ✴✳

Side note any preggo mamas have suggestions for good athletic maternity wear? My leggings are starting to feel a little snug
