as promised; an example of my legday workout 🏋️♀️ 🤗
1. Leg warm up: after 8 min on the treadmill, 5 min deep stretch and ab and lower back work I start training lega and glutes by warming up. I usually do frog hip thrusters, donkey kicks and squats without weights. 3 set x 20-30 reps.
2. Squat: 3-4 sets x 12-15
3. Hip thrusts: 3-4 sets x 12-15 + additional 3 sets where I do dropsets: start at a weight and after about 6-7 reps I drop the weight and continue up to 12-15 reps.
4. Hip abductors: 9 sets x 60 reps: all sets here are dropsets. I go with moderately to very low weight here. Starting ay about 30-40 kg and lowered 5-10 kg. For ever 20 reps all the way up to 60 reps. Then I take a break and start another set.
5. Sumo squat: 3-4 sets x 12-15 reps
