💥To use the cups follow protocol below👇
1️⃣Attach the smallest silicon cup by placing it at the base of the heel and applying pressure to the middle of the cup to create a vacuum
2️⃣once you have created a vacuum slide the cup along the skin, stripping the plantar fascia all the way to the toes
3️⃣Repeat 3-4 tines and proceed with rest of treatment plan

STEP 1️⃣In this demonstration I focused on breaking up the fascia with a combination of circular fist and thumb stripping. Your clients complaints will be sharp pain on the bottom of their feet.
STEP 2️⃣ At the same time I address the Achilles’ tendon and the heel. Also I make sure to hit tender points around the heel.
☑️Advanced work includes multi-direction flush,working from insertion to orgin, deep tissue, friction, Neuromuscular etc.
☑️ Emphasizes are to treat muscle groups for general work to help alleviate tension/stress and to address specific chronic muscles issues with modalities/rehab
