Ja jestem szczęśliwą posiadaczką Nike Romaleos 3xd (3.5), a mąż Reebok Legacy Lifter. Completed my first ever testing after a 12 week powerlifting block. 110/65/132.5. That's a 12.5kg pb on deadlifts, 7.5kg pb on bench and a massive 75kg pb on squat! I couldn't even squat 40kg before I started programming. My bench today was a bit short of depth which seems to be what I do when I doubt the lift 😂 my deadlift was my favourite lift. It is all mental!

Hello friends 👋🏾♥️ ———————————————————————Over the past couple of years I’ve been struggling with gaining weight. Within the last year, I’ve tried methods such as “How to slow down my metabolism” to eating junk food for months to see if it’ll have any sort of effect on my weight. However, those methods failed. (No dead ass didn’t do anything) I’ve been strolling through my feed finding a lot of success stories of others who also have the same obstacle as myself who’ve achieved their goal, so I’m starting my journey as of today. As of right now, I weigh 128, and just to get a better vision of it I’m 5’4 (5’5 on a good day). My goal is to be considered at least 140 which I believe with hard work and dedication is possible.————————————————————————-I’ve been researching a lot in regards of what sort of foods I should be eating + workout routines I should focus on. I would love feedback on what you guys think would make this a more prosperous and achievable goal. Feel free to comment or DM! Appreciate anything.
