Workouts are only sustainable if they’re also enjoyable, even if you feel like your body is burning during the class and everything is screaming for you to stop.
The thing I love about Flyride is the rhythm and beat draws me into an almost “trance” , my body starts going in sync with the bike on autopilot and I somehow manage to finish each track, quick reboot and start again. .

💛✨ NEVER GIVE UP 💛✨
Sounds pretty cliche right.
But in all honesty, every morning that I get up and I struggle with my excuses (cause no, I don’t always wanna work out 🤦🏻♀️) I remember so vividly every single time I’ve given up.
But for real! I’ve done diets and different weight loss programs all my life. Pills, shakes, cleanses, fasting, you name it.
Nothing has ever changed my life as much as Beachbody and Shakeology. 🙌🏻💙🌱
For once I feel like I’ve found myself.
I’ve never been healthier in my whole life!
My doctor is so freaken amazed.
I’ve gone from a size 24 to a size 12.
3x to a large
130lbs gone off my body.
And I’m not losing weight too fast, so extra skin is minimal. I’m able to tone at the same time.
I have MUSCLES! 💪🏻
My self confidence has sky rocketed.
I feel amazing inside and out.
Life has completely changed for me.
I’m so grateful I took that chance and decided to believe once more.
