What is balance? 🏗🤔 for some people it means physical equilibrium, for others is the ability to retain one's balance and for some others is the stability produced by even distribution of weight on each side of the vertical axis🤯💥. For me is the life I live in,🧘♀️ meaning, to fit in, everything I love and people I hold dear to my heart❣in my life. 😏😘

Believe in yourself & the rest will follow, 3 years ago I had lost the belief, but with hard work & unwavering support I’m stronger than I was. I owe it all to one decision- that being to pay this forward because as the coach as the mentor I have to believe in myself to instill belief in my ladies- I have to believe in them before they see if for themselves.

Sometimes you need a reminder of how far you have come. ⬆️ The picture on the left was me at my heaviest, me trying everything to hide it, I was just emotionally and physically unhappy. I worked out maybe 1 day a week “running” and ate terribly. I never took care of my mental health and I needed others to validate my self worth. —————————————————
Fast forward to NOW ♥️ 🌟🌟 I am the healthiest I have been in YEARS. I found the courage to not only venture into the #crossfit world but have lifted a lot of heavy weights 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 which in turn has helped build my confidence. I eat on an 80/20 lifestyle plan despite everyone who thinks I eat salads 🥗for every meal. I have developed some of the healthiest relationships I have had in years and I finally believe in ALL my dreams ☁️☁️ again. ————————————————— Transformations are so much more than physical and so many times we fear giving up the mediocre for the great. I’m here to share that all the sacrifice and soul searching is 💯 worth it!! #transformationtuesday#slimandtrim#strongwomen💪

Transformation Tuesday 😅💕 I am 20 pounds lighter on the right. I was on my fitness journey still on my left photo. I was 30 pounds lighter than I was 4 months before that and I was feeling good! But I kept going and here I am 20 pounds lighter. The most important thing about this photo is the fact that I am confident in both. I felt good in the left picture and I’m feeling good in the right. I keep saying this but I’m telling you guys, you have to get your mind right before you can get your body right. I’ve struggled with depression and anxiety for a long period of time & even now I have days where my anxiety is sky high. But I’ll tell you that those breakdowns usually happen when I stop doing things for my mental health.
So many people want to talk about the physical changes and “how to look good”, but we need to start talking about HOW TO FEEL GOOD. Mental illness is something we don’t talk about enough & I’m here to tell you that I will talk about it and I don’t care what anyone has to say. I know how it feels to feel worthless and trapped & if I can help one person not feel that then it’s all worth it 👏 Stay tuned every Sunday on my YouTube channel as I’ll be doing “Self Care Sunday’s “ where we chat & talk about steps to loving and caring for yourself ❤️
The current body situation 🥨
I’ve been on a slow little trim down train for nearly 2 months now, and despite at times feeling like I haven’t seen any changes in my body, I know that isn’t true! I’ve definitely lost some stomach fat, and my legs have slimmed down a lot, but it’s only been 7 weeks, and slow and steady wins the race 🐢 and so I’m not expecting to see huge changes in such a short amount of time! I’m hoping to have a lost a bit more body fat for my birthday in a months time, but so far I’m really happy with how it is going 💛✨
