리커버리는 말 그대로 휴식 상태이죠
하지만 팔을 들고있는 근력이 부족하게되면
리커버리가 휴식상태가 되기 어러워져서
팔이 금방 지치게되죠
그럴땐 가벼운 아령을 하나씩 들고 팔돌리기를 한번 해보세요 저는 1키로씩 들고 돌렸는데
이런식으로 30초간 빠르게 팔을 돌리다보면
물에 들가서 팔이그냥 휙휙 돌아가게 되실거에요~!! #수영은더포스🤔
Had some sweet #powerpouch action and sick rotation on that third rep today during my set at 220 #. My right groin pain is back with a vengeance and it sounds like it might be adductor related instead of hip flexor related 🤷🏽♀️. Either way, I felt it every rep and it is probably why the bar started spinning to the left. Still managed to get in a good swim after. Went 27.0 for a #50free taking one breath — that’s down from the 27-mid I did on my last #distanceday.
Palm Springs type of day !!!
Unfortunately today was not a good day in the training schedule. This weekend is my cousins wedding and am supposed to have 3 big events however today a tummy bug got the better of me and I have been feeling like crap the whole day. Not only is it annoying in terms of not being able to train but the last week of the holiday has also been effected. However I was able to get a 30 minute stream h session in when the Panadol was working but other than that not much movement today. Hopefully tomorrow there are some improvements.Here’s a little pic from earlier when I didn’t feel like absolute shiiit see Ya🇺🇸

The group have enjoyed so many swims recently I’ve not had time to write about them all. Sunny swims at Holt and Farleigh, chilly morning swims, lazy late afternoon swims, Vobster visits, a dip at the Thames Lido and plenty of swims at Team Bath (needs must, it is winter after all!)
Suffice to say this network is growing rapidly, moving in the right direction and it’s so lovely to see the positivity from outdoor swimming spreading out in every direction.
