Many people who are interested to join triathlon are intimidated to join us as they had the impression we only coach advance triathletes. However this is not the case as one of RC Coaching main goal is to grow triathletes from 0. This one is for those of us whose legs always sink while swimming!
I found this cool hack.
What I do is put PowerBags over my legs (super easy to adjust nets for optimal drag) .
The new “heavy” sense from the bags, gives me better feel for the water on my legs while also building power!
In a set by @swimmersbest_ ,
I string the Power Bags around my calves and feet, for a kicking and diving set.
It goes a little something like this:
•4x25 PowerBags over calves kicking
•4x25 PowerBags over my feet kicking
•2 X Start off the the diving block, nets around calves. Fast Breakout .
•2 X Start off the diving block, nets around the feet. Fast Breakout.
