Missing this guy extra big tonight...he’s traveling abroad for 9 days and my emotions are getting the best of me this time. Unpacking this a bit, I realized that aside from some weekend trips, this is the longest we’ve been apart since my cancer diagnosis. He was and still is my rock in the midst of the calm and the storm. One I can lean on with and without my armor; my safe haven I always come home to and my secure base when I need a place to fall. Many people don’t know that when we first met the end February 2006, he was the first person by my side through my melanoma diagnosis the next month. Just weeks of knowing each other he was at the hospital during and after my surgery...little did he know that he’d be alongside me for many more surgeries and life’s gifts. LIFE ARE UNPREDICTABLE & NEVER FLAT ... we can not control about birth , death & path of life ... that's are GOD power & authority. MONDAY got day of from work so i can meet my best friends from high school ... still felt fresh & energic. TUESDAY went to work long shift for travel fair 10:00 - 22:00 wib morning until aftenoon still like usual ... in the evening my body felt little bit cold , when back home & slept i got fever , my body felt so hot. WEDNESDAY still felt sick with fever & my more hot ... when i phone rang i can not reached it on the table , i can not woke up , felt no energy at all & little bit headache ... when i can woke up i reach my phone i text my close family & best friends , i told them then iam sick ... iam slept over the day ... at night around 22:45 my close family came to pick ke up went to the doctor. At that time i felt my body no energy at all , iam lazy to open my eyes & little bit headache also bluring. When in the doctor need to took my blood checked up , i ask them to do in waiting room coz i felt no energy to walk to long & my headache bluring ... then the resulted iam got light typhus , my blood pressure too low 90/40 , my body temperature almost 40. I got injected & some medicine ... no need to stay at hospital , coz light typhus ... need more rest , eat much & regularly , must clean food , no spicy , no sour for temporary ... it happened to me because of iam to tired , lesd sleep & not eat regularly. TODAY on FRIDAY iam feel much better ... Thanks a lot for everyone who are praying for me also all get well soon greeting too , iam very appreciate ... i know i will be get extra super faster speedy recovery , because God work with my life still long the way to finish it into this world hahahahahaha ... The Scriptures are not saying that we come to know God by obeying His commands. Faith is not about trusting in our performance. True faith begins by trusting in the perfect obedience and sacrifice of Jesus on our behalf. But the Scriptures do tell us that a genuine faith in Jesus will be manifested through a life spent in the pursuit of obedience. A true follower of Jesus is a person who carefully guards his or her life according to the life and teachings of Jesus. It is someone who is simply seeking to “walk just as he walked” (1 John 2:6). Prayer: Jesus, thank you for your perfect obedience, including the sacrifice you made for me on the Cross. To love you means to keep your commands. Show me today the places in my life today where I am missing the mark. Give me the strength I need to walk just as you walked. Amen.
