I joined the beginner's course to learn the basics of the sport, to meet like minded people and enjoy the benefits of training with others.
2) Have you done a triathlon before? ... I haven't done a triathlon before, but I've always enjoyed running and cycling (I'm still learning to enjoy the swim). 3) What is your favourite quote? ... The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step - Lao Tzu
4) What triathlon fitness goals do you have for the future? ... Finish the Raby Bay triathlon in March, work up to an Olympic length.
This might sound silly but hang with me. I still remember the day this was taken. I was brushing my teeth and this was the first time I noticed some definition in my shoulder. If you’re just starting your transformation or you’re in the middle of it. STOP focusing on the scale weight. Start to notice those “small” wins and “small” changes in your body, how you feel. It’s going to build momentum and keep you going!

Tell your sweet honey that this tank is a great one to show her love for you on Valentine’s Day, on race day or any day! Just send her the link to our bio so she can grab it!
Spent the last 2 weeks taking a lot of selfies with @tijdink and @romylouise.nl at beautiful places around Stellenbosch 📷 I think this is a quarter of the collection. We are really getting the hang of it. Due to some serious planning skills I also managed to make all my necesarry miles. Some of them even together with @tijdink; who is addicted to swimming now. 🏊♂ After his first 3 trainings (ever) he passed someone in the lane, I'm very proud! (Even though the woman was close to 70 years old) 🤩 - As we speak Rob flies somewhere above Namibia, we will miss him a lot in Stellies 😢❤ #robgoesstellies#gingermantri
