I love using berries to add natural sweetness to foods. They have so much health benefits and they taste delicious too!
This time I warmed up some blueberries for my breakfast toast! 😋 Usually I enjoy fruits as they are but warming blueberries up definitely changes the game!

How do you prepare/pack for competitions or training sessions away from home?
I enjoy doing these “show downs” or bag dumps, whatever you want to call it. There’s no worse feeling than realizing you forgot something, come competition day.
Besides the clothes, wraps and sleeves; I always bring bands, they’re cheap online, at Dick’s or Walmart. That and chalk, not every gym has chalk or even allows chalk.
P.S. I didn’t pack my laptop in my gym bag 😆
All my life as a kid i have been realized the importance of breakfast. Honestly as a school going kid i was not very eager to eat my breakfast especially on the weekdays. As its still so early in the morning when you wake up for school and the idea of breakfast use to make me nauseous. But my mom is a very determined woman and so she always made sure that before going to school i had a bite to eat. Sometimes she would wake us up for fajar prayer. We would say our prayers and then she would call us on the table and she would have prepared parathas(bread) and potatoes (she makes these yummy grated fried potatoes cooked with tomatoes) and we would eat to our hearts content. These are one of my fond memories of breakfast with my family. Waking up so early would surely kick our apetite and so we really enjoyed these early breakfasts.
Now being a mom i have instilled this same habit in my kids. I make sure that they eat something before they go to school. Initially it was a task but now they never leave the house without breakfast.
Breakfast is such an important meal of the day. Starting your day with a healthy, wholesome breakfast gives a energetic boost to your day. Even now so many doctors and dieticians suggests not to ever miss breakfast. Its not necessary to have an elaborate spread for breakfast. If you dont have time just take a cup of tea with your favourite bread or a glass of juice or any fruit you like, but never skip breakfast. Trust me this amazing habit goes a long way. So are you a breakfast fan or do you skip it?

One English muffin toasted w/ one slice vegan @fieldroast cheese (tastes as good if NOT BETTER & creamier than dairy cheese & melts great ‼️). Spread 1 tbsp vegan jalapeño @kitehillfoods creamcheese (also bomb.com & tastes like dairy ones!) w/ half 🥑 sliced. Seasoned w/ crushed red pepper & @traderjoes EBTBS🔥
