Stats📉 🎉113.0 lbs today (low weight of the week was 112.8 2 days ago) 🎉23.5” waist, 18.6” upper thighs 🎉7 weeks into prep tomorrow 🎉10 weeks, 5 days until proposed first show of the season 🎉5 x cardio sessions per week (4 x 30 min steady states, 1 x OTF class or anaerobic conditioning style circuit) 🎉1 day of 155g carbs for non-training day/off day (Monday), 5 days of normal training day macros with 185g carbs (Tuesday-Friday + Sunday), 1 refeed day with 260g carbs (Friday) 🎉No changes needed for macros or cardio for the last 4 weeks because things are still moving! There is no reason to slash calories and increase cardio if you’re making progress at the necessary rate! . . Things are still moving along quite nicely! Checked in with Coach this morning, and now I am awaiting his response to see what the next steps are. I have a posing lesson with Kenny Wallach on Thursday, which is going to be awesome! So I’ll definitely share my experience with that. 👯♀️ . . Starting to feel the prep feels…lower energy in the afternoon/evening. Not necessarily hungry, just more fatigued easily and weaker at some points during the day. Usually feel great during training, but sometimes on a leg day I’ll feel the effects. Cardio sessions are going well, & my cardiovascular fitness is going up. I’m having to do more incline and or speed on my incline treadmill walks to get the same calorie burn in the same amount of time. I always love how cardiovascularly fit I feel when I’m in prep! . . I get a lot of questions on how to structure a program for fat loss. Let’s get this out in the open, program structure does not fucking matter for fat loss.
