Great racing from the OxfordTri team at the @dB max_timing Chilly Duathlon. 🏃🏻♂️🚴🏻♂️🏃🏻♂️ This race was the first (non cross country) Club Championships race of the new season and we had a good turn out with lots of our navy and turquoise kit out on the course! Get to know our clubbies!! We asked one of our beginners, Stuart, a few questions on why he's decided to try out triathlon ... 1) What was your motivation to join the beginner's course? ... I joined the beginner's course to learn the basics of the sport, to meet like minded people and enjoy the benefits of training with others.
2) Have you done a triathlon before? ... I haven't done a triathlon before, but I've always enjoyed running and cycling (I'm still learning to enjoy the swim). 3) What is your favourite quote? ... The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step - Lao Tzu
4) What triathlon fitness goals do you have for the future? ... Finish the Raby Bay triathlon in March, work up to an Olympic length.
