🤔 no overthinking tonight’s run! I totally expected my legs to be TOAST and barely be able to suffer through the 12 intervals after last night’s tough bike and Sunday’s brutal trail 13.1. I was shocked to see how low my heart rate was during my warm up. I felt strong and crushed each interval 💪 so excited! After two weeks of slogging through my workouts, my body is FINALLY remembering what it’s supposed to do. It’s coming back y’all!! 😁 After six years in the sport, the best advice I’ve been given is “trust the training.” Put in the work, even on the days your body is barely cooperating. One day it will click!
