🔬There is scientific evidence that proves that plant medicines heal more effectively than pharmaceuticals, but personally I think they just have deeper pockets, so they can have a "louder" voice.
🚱No wonder the rates of cancer, heart disease, mental illnesses, addiction, learning disabilities, and other illnesses are increasing every day.
🔃We live in a backwards society, and it just takes many small voices to stand up for their rights and the truth.

But let’s put it into perspective because the two substances are completely different compounds but stimulate the brain in the same way.
Cocaine - Illegal. Costly (from what I’ve been told). Consuming it fires a shot of Dopamine into the brain and activates the satisfying neurological reward centre that gives you a freaking unreal feeling. It’s stimulating and energising from what I’ve witnessed at a few Stereosonic festivals. Coming down from a coke fuelled high isn’t pretty, apparently... Sugar - Legal. Cheap and is in almost every processed food and beverage item. It’s calorie dense and has zero micronutrients. Consuming it fires a shot of Dopamine into the brain and activates the satisfying neurological reward centre that gives you a freaking unreal feeling. It’s stimulating and dangerously addictive. Furthermore, consuming it in excess (more than 40g a day for men and 25g a day for women) will increase the risk of developing lifestyle diseases like obesity, type 2 diabetes, asthma, arthritis and heart disease to name a few. Refined sugars are also responsible for increasing inflammation in the body and making your system more acidic. That in itself encourages more sinister disease to grow, mutate and then wreak havoc inside your body. People that suffer from sugar withdrawals are not nice to be around and go to great lengths to curb their cravings, furthermore compounding the negative effects its has on your body.
Here’s how to significantly lower your sugar and/or cocaine consumption - COMPLETELY ELIMINATE IT FROM YOUR LIFE! How easy is that? Realistically though, DRAMATICALLY REDUCE/ELIMINATE consumption of cocaine, soft drink, fruit juice (unless it’s cold pressed!), fast/takeaway foods, canned fruit, confectionary, baked goods like cakes etc, low fat/diet foods and drinks to begin with and go from there.
We aren’t 100% perfect ourselves but since we’ve cut out refined sugar our health has improved 10 fold!!!
