Having one of those days where I’m encountering problem after problem after problem.
These are the days I want to train the least - but these are the days that truly count.
Sometimes, success is just a matter of showing up and not worrying about beating a record...

Work Lunches! 🥗
Roast vegetable salad with feta, sunflower seeds and low carb balsamic vinegar!
I roast the capsicum, zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms and cauliflower with EVOO, garlic and salt until golden.
Put the roast veggies on a bed of baby spinach leaves and top with crumbled feta, sunflower seeds, balsamic and some extra oil.
I warm this up before eating, the feta turns nice and creamy, plus some extra salt 🤤
This ends up being 6.7 net carbs each serving. Obviously depends what vegetables you use and the quantity of each. I use a small amount of capsicum because I love the flavour and I’m willing to sacrifice my carbs 😂

So, I have had an amazing week in Barcelona and yes I tried to stick to my diet this weekend and I hold my hands up and say i haven’t given my all. I could easily give up right now.
I posted a few pictures to my friends and family on Facebook and for the first time since I started this journey, people started to notice/see I had lost weight. It felt amazing but equally i couldn’t help but feel a little sad. I have such a long way to go- it’s very overwhelming.
I also realised that I do not need anyone’s approval about the way I look or feel- this journey is MY journey. It might take 3 years but I’ve started and I will not be giving up. .
Let’s just see what happens, if we don’t give up 💪🏽💪🏽 Together we can support each other. ❤️

Aamulla päätin selata kuvia heinäkuulta ja kyllä siinä ehkä jotain on tapahtunut? Paino on pysynyt pari kuukautta lähes samassa (pari kiloa lähtenyt) mutta senttejä kyllä senkin edestä! Reeni kulkee just nyt tosi hyvin ja puolimaratoniin on enää 3kk, samaan aikaan oon niin innoissani ja toisaalta hirvittää. I tried going to the gym at least 3 times a week before starting this journey and each time I went it was at different times of day. Realizó este post casi 4 meses después de haber concluido la dieta porque mucha gente siempre usa la excusa de: “mejor no la hago porque fijo le va a dar efecto rebote espérese un par de meses para que vean que va a subir otra vez, no se puede bajar de peso tan rápido sin consecuencias”. Todas esas cosas las escuché pero nunca había estado en este peso como el que llegue a tener: 108 Kilos ( era frustrante que antes veía absolutamente normal hacer actividades que ahora con este peso no podía, no me sentía bien, me faltaba el aire, estaba preocupado, tenía dolores de espalda, pies, ansiedad) Gracias a que siempre he sido una persona determinada y ambiciosa me propuse a volver a llegar a mi peso de una manera natural, sin tratamientos, sin pagar, porque si se puede, hoy estoy orgulloso de decir que con mucho esfuerzo si , no fue fácil y siendo aplicado y ordenado al comer estoy pesando 75 Kilos que es el peso al que quería llegar y tengo casi 4 meses de mantenerme en ese peso siendo ordenado , haciendo ejercicios, no comiendo de más ! Porque en los 4 meses de dieta pude educar al cuerpo y disciplinarlo a comer rico, pero ordenado! Ahora quiero que cualquier persona que quiera tomar la decisión de hacer una dieta busque y se informe bastante la dieta que realice se llama Dieta Keto/ cetogenica es natural, no hay que tomar suplementos, ni pastillas, ni batidos ni comprar ningún producto solo buscar al respecto informarse ( yo puedo ayudar con todo el gusto al igual que lo hicieron conmigo) es una dieta que se basa en eliminar azúcares y la mayoría de carbohidratos posibles. Es la base de la dieta se pueden comer muchas carnes, grasas, mucha agua, se pueden utilizar sustitutos de harina, como harina de almendra, harina de coco y en vez de azúcar se puede utilizar sustituto ! Bebidas gaseosas se pueden tomar pero Dietéticas , la dieta NO SE BASA EN CALORÍAS! Esa es una gran ventaja! Lo único que dejo es que la gente se motive y sepa que si se puede y los resultados de esta dieta son casi inmediatos entonces es un factor enorme para motivarse 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 #keto#ketodiet#ketotransformation#ketosis#ketoweightloss

Pre-pregnancy I was overweight, lazy and in desperate need of a wake up call with my health. I cannot believe how much my moon face 🌝 has transformed giving me a jawline and defined facial features!🥰
One of the first places I lose and gain weight from is my face and I still get shocked when comparing old and new pictures!
I highly encourage taking the before photos if your yet to start your journey as you will be amazed at your progress. To this day since losing a considerable amount of weight, photos show more physical difference for me than scale weight.
On another note 📝
After a buuuusy weekend I have failed to meal prep for the week and had waaay too many treats YOLO 😂 so back on the grind today, about to go for a walk and move my body because in reality I am only human and losing sleep over a few extra treats will not help anyone! By the end of the week and some consistency with food and water, this mama will be back to normal.👌🏻✨👍🏼

My favorite size 18 pants. I bought these jeans from old navy a little over a year ago when I was at my heaviest, 245. They were Old Navy skinny jeans that were the first pants I actually felt cute in. They were mid rise so they held everything in and I felt so comfortable in them. I used to wear them almost every day because they were slimming and I could wear just about anything with them. I actually wore through 2 pairs of the exact jeans before these, too, so I was a loyal black jean wearer. My thighs would rub together so hard that it would create holes in the seams in between my legs. I haven’t decided what I’m going to do with them yet because they truly help me see how far I’ve come. I hear lots of people say get rid of your too big clothes but honestly they help keep me accountable and remind me of how far I’ve come.
