Sometimes, I get so wrapped up in valley life and tech stress, I forget that one of my favorite places is hiding only a few miles away over the mountains! 🌊🌅🌊 There's nothing quite like a Friday night next to the sea with a brilliant man to get you ready for another early morning race! 💕
So been missing for a short while, been a tough 2 weeks mentally for me. Thank goodness running always keep me on track, always reminding me the speed bumps life offers.
21:18 5km Parkrun today. Conceded I won’t hit sub 20 by mid March, so aim is now sub 20:30.

Been such a hectic week with work and I’ve done over 80 hours in 5 days 😱 But that’s how it goes sometimes 😊 The deadline is done now though and feel great for getting it done

Such an intense week with life going on full speed and work happening on high voltage! I’m so looking forward getting the good vibes and recharge with the AR Fam tomorrow morning 💖 .

Heute hab ich mir spontan frei genommen und den Tag mit einem großen Frühstück und langen Lauf begonnen 😊 jetzt bin ich gerade genau richtig müde um ein neues Bett zu kaufen 😅 ich hoffe ich penn nicht ein beim Probeliegen 🙈

Morgen geht es, bei hoffentlich genauso tollem Wetter, zu einem Crosslauf. 3,2 km spiel ich Pacemaker und danach gehts über 6,5 km selber an den Start 🏃♀️
