I honestly feel so lucky to have some down time between my crazy adventures to actually take time for myself😌.. and I feel even luckier that I get to do it in this magical place 🇮🇹 . Since I was a kid I have always been extremely busy with my tight schedules and I almost never had actual “free time”, I mean don’t get me wrong I just spent almost 3 months traveling with my parents but you all know that travelling is not always a very relaxing activity, it really takes a toll on you and for me that wasn’t consider “free time”. I have to admit that my first few days in Milano I felt a bit lost by not having a busy schedule, and actually having so much free time that I wasn’t used to... the only thing that kept me alive was my Yoga 🧘🏻♀ , teaching and practicing, that always brings me back to my happy place🙏🏻. But now, I really got used to the waking up without an alarm, sitting down to have an actual breakfast (and not just a smoothie on the go), walking and exploring the city without an actual destination, I even enjoy going to the market to do my groceries, its always full of older happy italians that love to talk to you, I try my best to understand and pretend I speak the language but we communicate mostly with signs and smiles 😂.. the list can go on and on, and maybe I sound crazy but honestly need it this slow time to breathe, to think and to learn so much more about myself💛. Anyways, sorry for such a long capture🙈, if you got until the end of this capture I hope you have an amazing weekend and try to take some time for yourself, you deserve it🤗
