LEGS Easily the most often asked question I get is “what do you do for legs?” ——————————————————————————— My legs are a strong point on me, and while some of that is due to genetics, most of it is from my training. I am a firm believer in the KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid) principle when it comes to training, and even more so with legs. Heavy compound movements are the staple of my training, such as squats, stiff-legged deadlifts, and lunges; I also am a huge proponent of absolutely fucking WRECKING myself on those sets. Even if I am not going heavy on a particular day, that doesn’t change the fact that I am going to fry my legs.
