When you warm up run through these things: 1. Warm muscles - Do some easy swimming to make sure your muscles are warmed up 2. Stretched lungs - Do something hard to get your breathing heavy to stretch your lungs out 3. Raised heart rate - Do something short and hard to increase your heart rate 4.
