Here is a 4 point warm up check list to make sure you are ready to get the best out of yourself in an event or race. Check them out below or check out the full blog using the link in our story! When you warm up run through these things: 1. Warm muscles - Do some easy swimming to make sure your muscles are warmed up 2. Stretched lungs - Do something hard to get your breathing heavy to stretch your lungs out 3. Raised heart rate - Do something short and hard to increase your heart rate 4.
